Returns & Exchanges

At Bagnet™, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Bagnet

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
